How a Jump programme works

Want to know how we set up your jump platform? How it will engage your people? Or how it can help you track engagement data? You have come to the right place!

Your platform

You will join a virtual meeting with our team to scope out your new platform. In this meeting we discuss the behaviours you want to engage your people in and how you want your platform to look and feel. After this, we built your platform, test it, and get it approved in the app store – this takes about seven weeks but it’s well worth the wait!

Your activities

Users sign up to the platform and participate in activities to earn points. For example, “sign up to the staff litter pick for 500 points!”. This positions users in the leaderboards, which show individual and team performances. This friendly competition motivates participation and builds community within your organisation.

Your communications

Your personal communications manager will design and send out bespoke communications that support your programme. This includes emails, newsletters, campaigns, and push notifications. This keeps your people in the loop of all things sustainability at your organisation.

Your prizes

You choose a range of prizes for your programme and we award them to individuals and teams who top the leaderboard. This combination of incentive, repeated action, and fun combine to create long-term positive behaviour change. Want to know more about our behaviour change model?

Your impact tracking

Users can see their individual, team, and organisational impact through the platforms impact dashboard. Data is made easy to understand with terms ranging from ‘homes powered for a day’ to ‘ KwH of electricity saved’. This means that users are able to see and understand their positive impact as it grows over time.

Your engagement data

Without a Jump programme, it is difficult to track engagement data for your sustainability initiatives. While a Jump programme puts all of your sustainability initiatives in one user friendly hub and gives you access to the programmes performance on sign ups and engagement in the peformance management dashboard!
