The University of Winchester will run a pilot programme involving 250 employees to encourage behaviour change around staff health and sustainability.

The Jump programme will launch in September for a four-month pilot period. The programme will encourage employees to take part in and engage with various wellbeing and sustainability initiatives in order to gain rewards, such as high street shopping vouchers, park and ride tickets, gym passes for the university’s fitness facility, and prize money that can be donated to chosen local charities.
