Your Role in Our Mission:  

We are looking for someone to join the Client Success Team as Member Support Officer starting in (or as close to) February 2025. You’ll be the first point of contact for our end users (members) and will manage our customer support and process for rewarding monthly members. You’ll also contribute to the delivery of client programmes more broadly, supporting with other ad-hoc tasks from developing ideas to enhance our product, and building and updating platforms using our Content Management System.  

The successful candidate will be someone who is good with managing and following processes accurately and can quickly learn about our product. You’re self-motivated, able to work independently on projects and take initiative to suggest and see through improvements to our working processes, product and customer experience.  

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a customer service role and have a personal interest and commitment to environmental sustainability.  

Over the next few years, we are looking to grow and so there may be opportunity to progress into other roles in the company.   

Our offer to you:  

  • Job type: Full-time, Permanent (Option to work 4 days a week at a pro-rata rate)
  • Starting salary: £25,000 per annum (or pro-rata based on 4-day work week)
  • Holiday: 22 days per annum (increasing by one day each year, up to maximum of 30)  
  • Probationary period: 3 months  
  • Hybrid working: 50:50 working from home (1 office day a week if based over 50 miles from the office in Clapham, London)

Your Role in Our Mission:  

We are looking for someone to join the Jump Engagement Team from mid-late March 2025. The role contributes to the successful delivery of client programmes by growing our member community. This means increasing the number of members and active members on our digital programmes through digital communications and promotion, re-engagement initiatives and new programme features.

You’ll be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and have experience of creating both written and visual content for digital communications. You’ll have a user-centric perspective and apply this when thinking about messages and platform design.

You’ll be comfortable quickly learning new systems to manage our platforms, and be able to work at pace. You’ll have a creative mindset and be enthusiastic about our ethos. We’re incorporating AI increasingly into our processes, so knowledge and enthusiasm in this area is welcome.

Every day will be different, and we’ll train you in what we do and why, but you must already have the commitment and drive. We’re a small, supportive and friendly team that delivers big things and the ability to work collaboratively is a must.

Flexible Working

Our core hours are 10am – 4:30pm except for on Fridays when we finish at 4pm. Outside of core hours the times Jumpers choose to make up their contracted hours are totally up to them!

Annual Bonus

As employees of an Employee Ownership Trust all Jumpers are entitled to a tax-free bonus of up to £3,600 a year. For most employees this usually averages at 11% of their salary!

Personal Development

After passing probation, every Jumper gets an annual £200 personal development and wellbeing budget. Previous purchases have included gym wear, Spanish lessons, and books! 

Volunteering

Every year Jumpers get a fully paid volunteering day to dedicate their time to a cause they care about, they also get unlimited paid time off to donate blood!

Sabbatical Leave

After two years of service, each Jumper is entitled to four weeks of extra leave at 10% of their salary, in addition to their usual annual leave!

In the office Jumpers can enjoy free fruit, teas and coffees. We get our weekly fruit baskets from Fruitful Office who plant one tree in Malawi for every basket ordered – that’s 52 trees a year!
