Client Success: How Jump’s Programmes Drive Impact and Engagement

How Jump Delivers Client Success in Sustainability

At Jump, we’re committed to making sustainability engagement impactful, measurable, and enjoyable. Our recent Client Success Survey revealed that organisations using our programmes see real benefits—from increased engagement to meaningful carbon reductions. With an overall client satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5, it’s clear that our approach is resonating and driving client success.

Enhancing Client Success: What Matters Most to Our Clients

Our clients let us know what was most important to them when it came to their programme. Below, we outline which goals our clients considered most important to the ones that were considered less important.

  1. Reducing Carbon Footprints and Reaching Net Zero Targets
  2. Communicating Sustainability Initiatives and Boost Engagement
  3. Increasing Climate Literacy and Awareness
  4. Gathering Data for Reporting Impact
  5. Increasing Leadership Buy-in for Sustainability Strategy and Vision
  6. Saving Money
  7. Gathering Ideas from Staff to Help Deliver the Sustainability Strategy
  8. Increase Staff Retention Through New Benefits and Rewards

Above, we can see that the top priority for our clients is meeting net zero requirements. This is in part driven by the public sector, where regulations are requiring organisations to reduce their carbon footprint. Further down the list is the goal of gathering robust data, in part because it allows our clients to demonstrate transparency to stakeholders.

Surprisingly, lower in priority for clients is the prospect of saving money. While reducing waste and energy usage lead to lower operational costs, this is not the primary motivator for sustainability managers to join the programme, nor are the proven benefits to wellbeing that increase staff retention.

Key Themes: What Sustainability Areas Matter Most?

In order to create the most effective engagement programmes, we align our platform with the themes our clients care about most. The client success survey identified five priority sustainability topics:

  1. Energy Saving
  2. Active Travel
  3. Waste and Recycling
  4. Nature and Biodiversity
  5. Climate Literacy and Awareness

We’re tailoring our challenges and engagement strategies around these themes, so that we can ensure that organisations can drive real change in areas that matter most to their sustainability goals.
