Jump programme nominated for Employee Benefits Awards 2016

Congratulations to the University of Chichester whose Jump engagement programme has been shortlisted for a 2016 Employee Benefits Award in the ‘Most Motivational Benefits’ category! With Jump well into its second year at the University, the panel of industry experts were thoroughly impressed with their bespoke ‘Jump: A Fairer, Greener Community’ programme. Using the data collected through the programme during the first year, we were able to demonstrate a significantly reduced environmental impact and increased personal wellbeing across the University campus. Kate Cathie, Environment and Sustainability Coordinator at University of Chichester, said: ‘The University of Chichester is delighted that our Jump programme is shortlisted for the prestigious Employee Benefits Awards 2016. Our nomination in the ‘Most Motivational Benefits’ category demonstrates how our Jump behaviour change programme is delivering real impact for our people and enabling us to embed sustainability and wellbeing for employees and students across our campuses.’
