Team Jump wins the UK Sustainability Partnerships Carbon Award

We’re thrilled to share that we were chosen as the winner of the Sustainability Partnerships’ Carbon Award for our contribution to reducing the NHS’ carbon footprint.

The UK Sustainability Partnerships Awards is a highly respected platform that celebrates the efforts of businesses and individuals committed to creating a greener and more sustainable future for the NHS.

The significance of the UK Sustainability Partnerships Awards

The UK Sustainability Partnerships Awards hold immense significance in the realm of sustainability. They provide a platform for organizations to showcase their commitment to environmental responsibility and recognize their efforts in helping the NHS become more sustainable.

Key criteria for the Carbon Award

The Carbon Award, in particular, focuses on organizations that have demonstrated exceptional efforts in reducing carbon emissions. The judging panel assesses various criteria, including the development and implementation of innovative sustainability strategies, the measurable impact of these initiatives on carbon reduction, and the organization’s commitment to long-term sustainability goals. Team Jump’s win in this category is a testament to our dedication, hard work, and successful implementation of sustainable practices.

Team Jump’s sustainability initiatives and achievements

Team Jump has been at the forefront of sustainability initiatives in the UK. With over 25 NHS Trusts as clients and additional clients from local councils to universities, we have led the way in sustainable behaviour change across the public sector.

Furthermore, we have embraced sustainable transportation practices. By incentivizing employees to use public transport or carpool, we have reduced the number of single-occupancy vehicles on the road and thusly the amount of carbon emissions.

In 2023, our users avoided a 5.5 million kilograms of CO2 emissions, which is the equivalent to 123,563 tree seedlings growing for 10 years. You can read more about Team Jump’s impact in our 2023 Impact Report.
