The importance of flexible rewards

Recent research from NHS Employers, see the paper here, highlights the importance of flexibility when it comes to employee engagement.

We have developed our Jump scheme with flexibility at its core because we know that each of our clients has particular needs and that these needs are likely to adapt and develop over time. Jump has 8 ‘core’ behaviour modules that people are rewarded for engaging with:

  • Recycling and Waste
  • Personal Wellbeing
  • Cycling
  • Walking
  • Responsible Shopping
  • New Ideas
  • Volunteering

Outside of these, however, we can deliver a customised range of behaviour modules unique to individual clients. For example, we are currently working with clients to promote attendance at Staff Development Courses, and also for hosting more environmentally friendly virtual meetings. If you want to find out more about the flexibility of Jump, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] or by calling 020 7326 5055.
